The Potions
These glimmering tea lemonades are made with intention, drawing inspiration from video games as well as from the properties of the ingredients themselves. You can use them in your own spellwork as you see fit, or you can just drink them!
To keep everything consumable for the general public, no medicinal dosages are used.
The "glimmer" is made from an FDA approved edible glitter containing mica, a natural stone. Metaphysically, mica is used to eliminate nervous or negative energy, and is generally considered a protective stone.
Health Potion
$8.56
Glimmering Hibiscus Tea Lemonade
The magic correspondences for hibiscus and the color red overlap in many ways, both representing passion and love. Hibiscus also represents femininity.
In terms of health benefits, hibiscus is high in antioxidants, and studies indicate it may aid in weight management, heart and liver health, and reduce growth of cancer cells and bacteria.
Stamina Potion
$8.56
Glimmering Matcha Tea Lemonade
Being a green tea, matcha is used in magic for longevity, love and passion, energy, and prosperity spells.
The color green is also used in prosperity spells and fertility magic.
Matcha contains caffeine, as well as more concentrated levels of antioxidants than other green teas. It may improve attention and memory. Similar to hibiscus, it may also enhance weight management and decrease risk of heart disease and cancer.
Mana Potion
$8.56
Glimmering Butterfly Pea Flower Tea Lemonade
In video games, mana is used to recover one's ability to cast spells. In terms of magical correspondence, purple is the color of mysticism.
Magical properties of butterfly pea flower focus mostly on two things: it's transformative properties (inspired by the transformation of caterpillar to butterfly, as well as its turning from blue to vibrant purple when exposed to citrus) and its association to feminine properties (the shape of the flower).
Butterfly pea flower is another tea rich in antioxidants, linked to health benefits including weight management, blood sugar levels, and hair and skin health.
Antidote
$8.56
Glimmering Charcoal Lemonade
While black is too often perceived as a malicious color, its magical correspondence isn't inherently cruel. It's used most often for banishment spells. One can banish negativity, ailments, etc.
Charcoal, at medicinal doses, can act as an emergency treatment to "banish" poison. It's literally antidote!
Luck Potion
$8.56
Glimmering Lemonade
One can use this potion for yellow and gold color correspondences, as well as for its "lemon" properties, all of which contribute greatly to the overall theme of luck.
Lemon is energetic and uplifting, and contains significant doses of Vitamin C and antioxidants--all good for the immune system. Gold is the color of riches, success, and good fortune. Yellow ignites intellect, inspiration and imagination.
Frolixirs
**COMING SOON** In addition to espresso and coffee drinks, our storefront cafe will have frozen blended drinks in different flavors.
The Cookies
In an exploration of unique flavors, My Witchy Apothecafe offers floral and tea inspired cookies as well as seasonal, limited edition sweets.
This Season's Treat
Campfire Morale
After a long day of traveling from quest to quest, nothing beats having s'mores at the campfire. For those days when you simply cannot await a fire to be ready, here's a s'mores rice crispy treat for the road.
Hibiscus Chocolate Chip
$3.74
Hibiscus and chocolate pair amazingly and the world needs to know. This decadent cookie is topped with rose petals and a dusting of gold edible glitter.
While rose petals are commonly used for love spells, they're also great for psychic ability and dream work, luck, beauty, and confidence. Some sources say they work well for protection magic as well, but it's better to use a rose with thorns.
Matcha Butterscotch
$3.74
Butterscotch offers a light, sweet contrast to matcha's earthy flavor. This is the cookie for people who enjoy tea-based pasties.
Lavender Lemon
$3.74
Let it taste like Summer all year round. The most popular of My Witchy Apothecafe's cookies, this lavish treat is lemony inside and out, colored with butterfly pea flower, dipped in lemon white chocolate, and topped with lavender flowers.
Lavender's calming properties largely pertain to its soothing scent, and so it's often used in magic for sleep, peace and serenity.
MonoChroma (GF)
$3.74
Using purple sweet potato instead of flour, this gluten-free cookie is dark with black cocoa and balanced with white chocolate cream chips.
Blueberry Frosted Sugar Cookie
(GF and Vegan)
$3.74
Perfect for tea time, this vegan gluten-free sugar cookie has a light crumbly texture balanced with a refreshing and sweet shallow pool of blueberry frosting on top.
Blueberries are useful in magics for protection and hex-breaking. The star shape at the top of the berry has significance as well, and its uses vary depending on how many points the star has (the most discernible being 5 points).
